Information and assistance is provided to the general public on the following:

• site plan applications
• special permit applications
• subdivision applications
• applications to the Zoning Board of Appeals (Variance, Approval of Location, Appeal of Decision)
• applications to conduct activities within and adjacent to wetlands and watercourses and flood hazard zones
• interpretation of zoning, subdivision and inland wetlands regulations
