The Operations Department is responsible for the efficient management and operation of the affairs of the Town of Seymour in accordance with State law, Town ordinances and such directives, regulations, and policies as the Board of Selectmen may from time-to-time adopt.  

The Operations Department oversees:

• Town Buildings
• Facilities
• Public Works
• Parks
• Community Services
• Development & Enforcement 
• Fire Marshal
• Town Planner
• Information Technology
• Town Engineer
• Registrar of Voters

 
The Manager of Operations & Grants handles all grant applications for the municipality.
